3/30/2020 Shipment Service Update

Just an update on our current shipping situation.

The recent events in the world, and in this particular case the US, has caused a massive influx of orders to our site. It's a bitter sweet feeling. Although we are excited to see our company / team grow, we didn't want fear and anxiety to fuel our growth. We're all saddened by the recent events and hope nothing but the best for everyone's health and safety.

In light of this, we are currently backed up on orders and are working hard to clear the queue. Expect 3-5 business days of package processing and another 1-5 business days of transit time.

The Sukli team is working diligently to package and ship out your orders in a secure and fast way. We are growing our team and warehouse, improving our process, and restocking our shelves every week. We are hoping that we are able to normalize the package processing in 1-2 business days in due time. Please bare with us while we boost our operations in the coming months.

With that said, the team is feeling highly motivated and privileged to be able to work and provide support to our extended family - you!
