COVID Shipping Update / We're moving! - 4/22/2020

Hello Sukli Fam,

We hope everyone out there is doing well and staying safe! Just wanted to let you know that we are moving to a much larger facility this Friday April 24th, 2020 to increase capacity. It should take us roughly 2-3 days to complete this transition.

During this time, we do expect minor disruptions to our operation which may cause an additional day of delay on top of the 3-5 business days of package processing. We want to be operational again by Monday April 27th, 2020.

This new space will help us house our ever growing Sukli team, increase our product offerings, and most importantly boost the speed in package processing. We are hoping this move will claw us back to the 1-2 business days in package processing once again.

In other news, due to our kababayans in the Philippines also experiencing the same devastating effects of the COVID virus, we do expect to see disruptions to our supply chain in the coming weeks. This in turn may cause some products to be limited. We are seeing this with noodles and other Pinoy food essentials already and don't expect it to normalize until summer.

In addition, our shipping carriers here in the US have pushed some deliveries to certain zones of the country to an extra day or two due to the effects of the virus. We are continuing to monitor the situation unfolding before our eyes and will adapt our company accordingly.

We do ask for your continued patience during this time, but we also want you to provide any questions or concerns you may have by emailing us at support@sukli.com or using our contact form:

As always, we will do our absolute best to keep you safe by delivering all of your favorite Philippine branded goods straight to your door.

Thank you again for your continued support.

Love,

The Sukli Team
