Cooking and Serving Instructions:Deep Frying:1.) Thaw / Defrost The Gerry's Pata2.) In a stock pot or deep sauce pan, heat enough oil to completely submerge the Gerry's Pata.3.) Fry until crispy (internal product temperature must reach 165 Degrees Fahrenheit as measured by food thermometer. (DO NOT ADD GERRY'S PATA TO HOT OIL UNTIL TEMPERATURE HAS REACHED 350 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT TO GUARANTEE CRISPY OUTCOME.4.) Remove Gerry's Pata from hot oil, let it cool. Chop and Serve.Air Frying1.) Thaw / Defrost The Gerry's Pata2.) Prepare the Pata and apply 1-2 tbsp of oil on each side.3.) Air Fry until crispy betweet 380 to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit temparature. Internal product temperature must reach 165 Degrees Fahrenheit as measured by thermometer.4.) Rotate the Pata and air fry between 370 to 390 Degrees Fahrenheit temperature to guarantee crispy on both sides.5.) Remove Gerry Pata from air fryer. Let it cool, chop, and serve.
