COOKING INSTRUCTIONS USING ELECTRIC OR GAS OVEN
USE PROPERLY THAWED BELLY ROLL WITH INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF NOT LOWER THAN 38-4O DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.
1.) Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.) Wipe off spices from skin of the pork belly using a moist paper towel.
3.) In a tray with a wire rack on top, place pork belly in the center.
4.) Position tray in the center of the top rack of the preheated oven.
5.) Cook for 3 1/2 hours for 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
6.) Adjust oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for additional 30 minutes.
7.) Remove from oven, air dry for 15-30 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
